Mmmmmmm..... We're headed out the door, but this was too yummy and pretty not to take a picture. Its a toasted sprouted wheat english muffin with one egg omelet stuffed with asparagus spears and feta cheese. To top the muffin, I added 1/2 a mashed avocado on the top!
